Step into the front office with our GITG101 Draft Course!
The GITG101 Draft Course is a hands-on, immersive experience designed for anyone looking to break into basketball ops, scouting, or analytics. Over six live sessions, you’ll simulate the intensity and decision-making of a real draft room, working alongside others in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
You’ll be placed into a team and tasked with building your roster through a live, blind draft, evaluating prospects in real time while competing against other groups. If you want a role in a front office in the future, this is where you can get hands-on experience!
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate real prospects using blind resumes
Make picks under pressure with limited information
Collaborate with your team to build a winning roster

Aspiring front office professionals
Students and recent grads looking for real experience
Hoops junkies who want to take a swing at breaking into the game

Tuesdays — May 19, 26, June 2, 9, 16, 23
5:00–7:00 PM PT / 8:00–10:00 PM ET
